Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration for data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and insurance verification.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track patient outcomes.
• Coordinate communication of patient progress notes to referral sources.
• Organize patient milestone celebrations and community activities.
• Participate in ongoing cross-training to maintain proficiency.
