Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients.
• Complete patient intake, registration, insurance eligibility, and authorization.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize provider availability and access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and reporting tools for data accuracy.
