You will collaborate with clinical teams and PE Specialists to maintain data integrity, support revenue cycle goals, and educate patients on billing options.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, EMR proficiency, and proactive communication to improve patient satisfaction and access to care at our Fox Lake clinic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with requesting and managing payments preferred.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients.
• Accurately complete patient intake/registration, verify demographics and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
