Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare administration or payments preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional front-office experience.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration with data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows for provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops on insurance issues.
• Utilize EMR systems to track outcomes and support improvement.
