Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of customer service required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred.
• Excellent customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Use EMR dashboards and reporting tools to track outcomes and support improvement.
• Coordinate communication of patient progress notes to referral sources.
• Organize patient milestones and community activities with the clinical team.
