You will collaborate with clinical teams, utilize EMR/EHR systems, educate patients on payments, collect time-of-service payments, and help maintain data integrity and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred.
