Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and delivering a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, including demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and KPI tracking for accuracy and efficiency.
