Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• At least 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and facilitate a smooth in-store experience while promoting available products and services.
• Foster strong collaboration between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history and information in the system.
