Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a patient-focused team member to greet customers, drive eyewear sales, and support both retail and clinical services in our on-site store. You will schedule appointments, gather patient history, and help ensure accurate, timely delivery of eyeglasses.

You will collaborate with the clinical team, uphold brand standards, and provide excellent service to diverse patients while advancing a positive patient experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must have associate degree or higher, or be enrolled in a comparable program.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or retail setting.
• Strong communication and empathy with diverse patients and customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
• Collaborative spirit with team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers at the store entrance and identify needs to drive sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and collect patient information for visits.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with lens edging, assembly, and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Monitor lab area quality and report equipment or order issues to management.
• Track delivery times to meet service commitments.
