Stanton Optical is seeking a Patient Services Associate for our on-site store location. You will greet patients, identify needs, and deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating sales and coordinating with our clinical services team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience and facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient information, perform pre-test procedures.
• Assist management with patient complaints and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Monitor lab standards and report equipment issues or order problems.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
