Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Centennial, CO to serve as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers, handling calls and in-person inquiries with a focus on compassionate, responsive service.

You will coordinate equipment delivery, assist with insurance guidance, and work with sales, referrals, and patients to ensure timely access to care and benefits, while maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare or office environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns.
• Partner with the branch team to coordinate timely equipment delivery and meet patient needs.
• Work closely with sales, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation and ensure insurance guidance compliance.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and speed access to needed equipment and care.
• Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding needs.
• Test equipment functionality to ensure quality and readiness.
• Support additional responsibilities to contribute to branch success.
