Job summary

Accendra Health’s Centenial branch seeks a Branch Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, coordinating equipment delivery and insurance steps to ensure timely care. You will work with the branch and sales teams to gather documents, obtain authorizations, and maintain patient satisfaction.

The role requires at least two years in an office, healthcare setting, or call center, with strong communication, dependability, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing, and speaking required.
• Two years’ experience in an office, healthcare setting, or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming experience.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve questions.
• Coordinate equipment delivery with branch team to meet patient needs.
• Work with sales, referrals, and patients to collect documentation and obtain health plan authorizations.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and access to care.
• Follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address needs.
• Test equipment functionality to ensure readiness.
• Support branch success with additional responsibilities as assigned.
