You will coordinate equipment delivery, verify insurance coverage, and ensure patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey. The role involves assisting with documentation, authorizations, and benefits optimization while collaborating with branch and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information and resolve questions.
• Coordinate timely equipment delivery with the branch team.
• Work with sales, referral sources, and patients to collect documentation and ensure insurance compliance.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits.
• Follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address needs.
• Test equipment functionality to ensure readiness.
• Support additional branch responsibilities as assigned.
