Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, coordinating equipment delivery and navigating insurance. You will work with the branch and sales teams to gather documents, secure authorizations, and ensure timely care.

Responsibilities include handling calls, maximizing health plan benefits, and following up with patients to ensure satisfaction while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use standard office software.
• Strong customer service and bedside manner required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, provide information, and resolve questions.
• Coordinate equipment delivery with branch and sales teams to meet patient needs.
• Collect documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure insurance guidelines compliance.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and access to care.
• Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address needs.
• Test equipment functionality to ensure readiness and quality.
