Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve questions.
• Coordinate timely equipment delivery and confirm health plan authorizations.
• Work with sales, referrals, and patients to collect documentation and ensure insurance guidelines.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits.
• Follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction.
• Test equipment functionality as needed.
• Support branch success with additional responsibilities as assigned.
