Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received and processed promptly, verify insurance, and help maximize health plan benefits for patients.

The role involves coordinating with the branch team, handling multiple systems, and collecting payments. Training and growth opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and assist patients.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and schedule deliveries.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines.
• Review patient accounts and bill health plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile receivables.
• Make outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• May download data from devices and perform basic equipment tests.
• Other duties as required.
