Job summary

Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner focused on improving patient access to therapies and adherence through comprehensive support services. This role supports patients by providing clear benefit information, coordinating resources, and guiding families through coverage and treatment processes.

The candidate will work within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, leveraging emotions and empathy to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain reimbursement and coverage information clearly to patients.
• Conduct program welcome calls to patients and explain services.
• Engage patients using motivational interviewing techniques.
• Handle patient inquiries and triage to appropriate resources.
• Document patient enrollment and education about products and coverage.
