Job summary

The position emphasizes compliant communication, accurate documentation, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve inquiries and support adherence services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients through proactive communication and timely services.
• Explain coverage options and benefits clearly to patients and families.
• Assist with benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and program enrollment.
• Document activities in the Lynk system following SOPs and business rules.
• Provide education about products including treatment, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
