Job summary

Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner seeking a patient services associate in the United States. The role focuses on building trusted patient relationships, communicating clearly about benefits, and guiding patients through available services and resources.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate with nurses as needed, and ensure compliant, empathetic patient support in a fast-paced environment. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by demonstrating proactive communication and a strong commitment to patient well-being.
• Ensure all interactions and relationship management practices comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Discuss benefits and services; explain coverage and resources to patients clearly.
• Document enrollment activities and coordinate with internal resources to support patient care.
