Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner that supports patients through education, enrollment, and coordination of care. This role focuses on building trust with patients, guiding them through benefits and coverage, and coordinating with healthcare providers and payers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring accurate information and compassionate support. The position requires an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday, and values empathy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus
• Commitment to the mission of care coordination
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Self-awareness of emotions and impact on others
• Maintain honesty and integrity

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by proactive communication and helpful service
• Ensure all interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations
• Explain reimbursement and billing information clearly to patients
• Handle inbound calls per program FAQs and provide information on products and services
• Triage patients to internal or external resources as needed
• Document patient enrollment and maintain accurate records in the Lynk system
• Support adherence services through nurse follow-up when applicable
• Identify and communicate patient plan benefit coverage and prior authorizations
• Coordinate shipments of products through patient assistance programs
• Provide comprehensive information about treatment, coverage, and potential costs
