Job summary

Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner seeking a patient support coordinator to assist patients with enrollment, coverage questions, and resources. You will communicate compassionately by phone and email, explain benefits, and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and multitasking within a fast-paced healthcare environment. English plus Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus, with competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required
Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients through proactive communication
Explain coverage options and benefits clearly to patients
Document patient enrollment and interactions per SOPs
Coordinate resources and refer to internal/external services as needed
Handle inquiries and de-escalate in a professional manner
Support adherence services and payer coverage inquiries
