Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Patient Services Coordinator in the United States to support patients across the program, providing timely, accurate information on services, coverage, and costs. You will engage patients with empathy, document interactions, and coordinate next steps with care teammates.

The role requires strong customer service skills, healthcare familiarity, and bilingual ability preferred (English plus Spanish or Chinese).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Completion of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients via proactive communication.
• Explain services and resources during welcome calls.
• Manage inquiries and de-escalate issues professionally.
• Document activities and enrollments in the program per SOPs.
• Coordinate shipments and advise on coverage and benefits.
