Job summary

Valeris is seeking a patient support coordinator to build trusted relationships with patients, explain coverage, and coordinate enrollment into assistance programs. The role emphasizes adherence to healthcare regulations, proactive communication, and strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant healthcare/customer service experience. English fluency required; bilingual skills with Spanish or Chinese are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by proactive communication and timely, accurate services.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain benefits and coverage, discuss costs, and assist with onboarding to programs.
• Handle inbound inquiries and de-escalate difficult situations professionally.
• Document patient enrollment and interactions in the Lynk system.
