Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a patient care coordinator to support patients through benefits verification, coverage explanations, and program enrollment. You will engage patients by phone and email, document interactions, and collaborate with care teams to ensure timely access to therapies.

The role requires strong customer service in healthcare, bilingual skills a plus, and the ability to navigate complex reimbursement information while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday required
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients through proactive communication and timely, accurate services
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations
• Explain coverage options and provide resources to support patient understanding
• Conduct program welcome calls and engage patients in goal setting for therapy
• Triage inquiries and route to appropriate internal or external resources
• Document all activities in the Lynk system and maintain accurate records
