Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at our Stanton Optical stores. You will greet patients, assist with sales, and support both clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, basic clinical assistance, and adherence to HIPAA and PEG standards. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for development are included.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Associates degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist with patient communications.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping as needed to support store operations.
• Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly goals and contribute to PEG performance metrics.
