Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctors Technician to join our on-site team, coordinating between clinical services and the retail floor. You will deliver outstanding patient service, facilitate sales, and support the PEG-guided clinical workflow to ensure quality eye care.

In this role you’ll assist with pre-testing, digital refractions, and contact lens care, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and collaborating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher certification preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to engage patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to ensure a positive experience.
• Support clinical and retail teams to meet store goals and metrics.
• Assist in scheduling, patient inquiries, and order tracking.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and HIPAA compliant.
• Provide basic contact lens care and assist with clinical duties under PEG supervision.
