Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, facilitate sales, and bridge retail and clinical teams. You will deliver outstanding customer service, gather patient information, and support the pre-test and basic lab processes to ensure smooth Eyewear service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and timely delivery of eyewear orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and empathize with patients and customers
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to adapt in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist with patient inquiries, sales, and basic lab tasks.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with repairs and lens edging as needed.
