Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking Doctor Technicians to support Physician Eyecare Group in-store operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with clinical pretests, and coordinate between retail and clinical teams to optimize the patient experience.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, an associate degree or higher, and flexibility in scheduling. You will work under PEG supervision to maintain standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or higher certification required; optical experience is a plus.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experiences in-store and support sales.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical services to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and protect confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Assist in exams, pretests, and contact lens handling under PEG supervision.
• Learn to use local mode to enhance patient experience; follow PEG standards.
• Assist with lab tasks, order supplies, and ensure on-time deliveries.
