Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking Doctor Technicians to deliver outstanding patient service at the first touchpoint within Stanton Optical stores. You will collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth transition from care to retail, while promoting products and services and managing patient flow.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, an associates degree or current enrollment in related studies, and strong multitasking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Associates degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team.
• Optical knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and promote store products and services available.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information to facilitate sales.
• Support the retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist with complaint resolution as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
