Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to join our on-site store location, delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating sales as the first touchpoint for patients. You will coordinate between our clinical services and retail teams, greet customers, perform pre-tests, and help with lens fitting and order readiness while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering high-quality service to patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, empathy, and rapport-building with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to enable a memorable experience.
• Support the retail and clinical services teams with smooth patient flow and service transitions.
• Schedule appointments, collect patient history, and conduct basic pre-tests and vision tests.
• Assist with patient concern resolution and ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lens edging and assembly as needed.
• Monitor delivery times to uphold service commitments.
