Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring Doctor Technicians to deliver exceptional patient service at our Stanton Optical locations. You will support clinical and retail teams, ensure smooth patient flow, and promote available eyewear products and services.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic clinical assistance, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced retail optical environment. Prior optical experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Effective communication with diverse groups of people.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service while promoting products and services.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and order status updates.
