Job summary

Stanton Optical is hiring a Doctor’s Technician to support the Brand Manager and Clinical Field Trainer. You will ensure smooth clinical-to-retail transitions, provide outstanding patient service, and help drive store performance with PEG guidance.

Prior clinical/eye-care exposure is a plus, with emphasis on patient experience and accurate recordkeeping. The role emphasizes collaboration with PEG doctors, device operation, and maintaining high standards of patient care across store locations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required; optical knowledge helpful.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs to drive an easy, memorable experience.
• Promote available products/services and facilitate sales.
• Foster collaboration between retail and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient inquiries and order status.
• Maintain patient records securely in HIPAA-compliant systems.
