MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk check-in/out and deliver personalized patient experiences. Training provided to learn about vision care and insurance options, with guidance from the Office General Manager.

This role may require weekend and evening shifts to support busy locations. Responsibilities include verifying insurance, confirming appointments, and coordinating with doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer-facing experience required.
• Organized with ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; computer savvy.
• Flexible and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized check-in/out to create a timely, seamless patient experience.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach with doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
