Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our 70 Pine St, Financial District clinic. You will welcome patients, guide them through the out-of-network experience, and help manage appointment flow with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, are hospitable and team-oriented, with excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities. A BA/BS is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic.
• Execute 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative, community-oriented environment.
