Shanti Rehab is seeking a friendly front desk coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/out, and keep the schedule running smoothly. You will handle calls, schedule appointments in the EMR, and verify insurance while collecting payments when needed.

You’ll maintain a welcoming reception, ensure privacy, and support the clinical team so therapists can focus on patient care. Previous front-desk or medical-office experience is preferred, with comfort in scheduling systems.

Formación

• Customer-service or front-office experience.
• Comfort with computers and scheduling systems.
• Organization, patience and a warm phone manner.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and handle check-in and check-out.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments in the EMR.
• Keep clinic supplies stocked and ordered.
• Manage the clinic email and follow-up with doctors' offices.
• Handle incoming referrals.
• Upload patient information and insurance records to the EMR.
• Verify insurance and collect payments.
• Keep the reception area welcoming and organized.
• Protect patient privacy in every conversation and record.
