Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.
• Problem solving and flexible to changing business needs in a team.
• Collaborative spirit and respectful relationships with team and patients.
• Driven by results with multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Edge stock lenses and ensure timely, accurate customer orders.
