Stanton Optical is hiring for a Doctor’s Technician-focused role that supports patient care and drives sales at our Wisconsin stores. You will greet patients, gather information, and coordinate with clinical and retail teams to create a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information, perform basic tests and history intake.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Prepare and deliver eyeglasses by edging lenses and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Monitor lab area quality and report equipment issues to management.
• Track delivery times to meet patient expectations.
