Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs, promote products and services, and facilitate sales.
• Foster collaboration between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, document patient history, and perform basic tests and screenings.
• Assist management with patient issues and status updates to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Prepare and deliver eyeglasses, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Flag lab issues to management and monitor equipment or order status as needed.
• Track delivery times to ensure commitments are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
