Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and facilitate sales.
• Coordinate retail and clinical services to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Schedule appointments and document patient history in the system.
• Assist with basic eye tests and pre-testing procedures.
• Ensure orders are accurate and on time; resolve patient concerns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards.
• Assist with simple lens edging and repairs.
