Formación

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and families.
• Support front office operations: registration, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with clinical team.
