• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and maintain a welcoming clinic experience.
• Handle front office tasks such as patient registration and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support appointment management.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families and coordinate with clinical staff.
