MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk check-in/out, answer phones, verify insurance, and schedule appointments. You will learn the ins and outs of our vision care practice and work to deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service.
• Flexible and able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, patient-centric approach with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely and positive.
• Verify and explain insurance options during check-in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments and support office staff.
• Cross-train to other roles such as Eyewear Consultants or Optometric Technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient experience.
