Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing or patient-facing experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources.
• Handle front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls.
• Review, schedule, and follow up on referrals by gathering information and updating patient records.
• Keep patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments and following up on waitlists and cancellations.
• Collect copays and balances accurately, including basic payment tracking when needed.
• Uphold HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentation.
