Confluent Health and our family of affiliated brands are seeking a Care Coordinator to be the first voice and face for patients across our clinics. This fast-paced, multi-tasking role requires organization, warmth, and professional communication from the first call through every visit.

You will handle front desk operations including check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and HIPAA compliance, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year in a customer- or patient-facing role.
• Able to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills; able to use scheduling software and emails.
• No prior medical experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and referrals.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and calls.
• Review and schedule referrals, update patient records, explain next steps.
• Maintain patient flow by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and handling cancellations.
• Collect copays and payments accurately, with basic reconciliation as needed.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
