Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering an exceptional front-office experience while ensuring compliance and data integrity. This role reports to the Clinic Manager and supports revenue cycle metrics.

You will collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations, utilize EMR tools, and participate in training to maintain proficiency in front-office duties. This is a full-time on-site role in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy to maintain data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
