Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling customer payments and insurance basics preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and ensure a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics and insurance.
• Educate patients on payments and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical teams and PES.
