Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy and compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options, including digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets to support revenue cycle.
• Manage clinic scheduling and coordinate with clinical teams to optimize patient access.
