The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, aided by the Patient Experience Specialist for technical support. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize access.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical teams to resolve issues.
