Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will collaborate with clinic teams and support revenue cycle performance, reporting to the Clinic Manager and receiving guidance from the PES.

The role emphasises compliant data handling, excellent customer service, and proactive patient education about payments and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and resolve issues for a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, insurance eligibility, and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems to track patient outcomes and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate communication of progress notes to referral sources.
