Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver an exceptional front-office experience, ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, and support revenue cycle processes. You will collaborate with clinical teams and be supported by the PES for technical guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical front-office or healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; comfortable with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a warm, seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accurate demographic and insurance details.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options; use patient portal tools.
• Process time-of-service payments and meet collection targets to support revenue cycle.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing and Clinical teams to resolve scheduling or insurance issues.
